Amedeo and Ofelia, middle aged brother and sister, own jointly an old decadent, but still attractive, condominium. They want to sell it, but before they have to evict all the tenants. 作为一个路人，本来对《灵猫 II gatto》没抱太大期望，但看了后就被吸引住了。剧情轻松有趣，又不乏正能量，是一部很下饭的剧。
